Crunchy Mayo Pork Chops

A simple recipe to switch up pork chops that are moist inside and crunchy on the outside!

Update 12/14/2012: So this was way overdue for an updated picture. Especially since the one I had on here for 2 years is ridiculously awful looking. So here you go - new picture :)

Even if you don't like mayonnaise, you should try this! I thought it was particularly great :]

What you need:

  • Pork chops

  • Salt and pepper

  • Mayonnaise (I use Hellman's - I think it's the very best)

  • Spiced bread crumbs

  • Corn flakes, crushed (I used Rice Krispies)

Directions:

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.

  2. Cover in mayonnaise

  3. Cover in a mixture of bread crumbs and corn flakes (or Rice Krispies).

  4. Bake at 350 until done, about 1 hour.
