Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs
Nothing better than a bit of pimento cheese in your deviled egg!
Ooh it’s deviled egg time again! I make jalapeno popper deviled eggs almost every single time I make deviled eggs but if I find a new recipe, I will break from my pattern and try it out. They aren’t always winners though, so I usually got back to my default. This pimento cheese deviled egg recipe, however, is up there with the jalapeno popper ones. I risked it and made these for my work Friendsgiving in 2022 and they were gone. Everyone raved about them. I made them again for Thanksgiving the next week and they were a hit with the family.
What You Need:
12 large eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained well
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Smoked paprika
Green onions, diced
Directions:
Hard boil 12 eggs with your preferred method. Peel and halve vertically.
Add yolks to a medium bowl with mayo, cheddar cheese, pimentos, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash to combine.
Spoon mixture into each egg to fill all egg whites.
Sprinkle each deviled egg with paprika and sprinkle with diced green onions.
