Oreo Pudding Cookies

These crowd-pleasing Oreo Pudding cookies are soft, rich, and full of cookies and cream flavor!

I don't even know how to accurately express how amazing these cookies are. They are marvelous. They are stupendous. They are other synonyms of amazing that I don't know. I actually sent some to my bestie, Amber, for her birthday. Of course, my 5 year old with the wicked sweet tooth decided to have a middle of the night sweet treat. So these are approved by a bunch of happy bellies - you cannot keep your paws off of them. They are the best! And they will not last long at all!

What you need:

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temp

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 (4.2 oz) pkg. Oreo Pudding mix (it's the bigger box)

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 2 Hershey's Cookies 'N Cream candy bars, broken into pieces

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

  2. In a mixer, cream together butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add pudding mix and mix until combined.

  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until combined, scraping sides if necessary.

  5. Add flour and mix until combined. The dough will be a bit on the thicker side.

  6. Stir in candy bars and chocolate chips.

  7. Using a handy little scooper, place dough on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

  8. Bake in a preheated 350 degree for 8 to 10 minutes.

  9. Let rest on sheet for 5 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool.
